Frank worked in a local bike shop in his early teens through college when he went to work for Orbea, a Spanish bicycle manufacturer. Ten years later, he founded Hex Carbon Workshop with the goal of making carbon frame repair safer, easier, and more affordable while maintaining the look and feel of the frame. He repaired his first carbon frame in 2008 and it is still going strong like the rest of them

Andrew has always had a knack for working with his hands and after spending some time falling in love with bikes at a local shop, he found his way to Allied Cycle Works where those two passions came together. Working in the lay-up department, he  became the operations manager where he was responsible for ensuring the carbon was laid up as designed and properly compacted in the molds.

No, he's not about to hurt someone. Noah is just serious about making frames looks good. He's just as dangerous with an orbital buffer as he is with a oscillating sander. He's got an eye for details and makes sure all our repairs live up to our insanely high standard of finish quality. He's a whiz with graphic design, 3D printers, and any other techy goodness that lets us do cool stuff.
